Colleen Charles comes to Seven Letter with 7 years of experience identifying talent and helping complex businesses and campaigns maximize assets. Colleen has spent her career identifying and supporting the strengths of colleagues and related business operations. At Seven Letter, she supports financial and operations management, facilitates recruiting processes, and is responsible for general office operations at Seven Letter and Seven Letter Labs.
Previously, Colleen worked for the Iowa Democratic Party’s Coordinated Campaign. As the Assistant to the Field Director in the 2018 campaign cycle, she managed the operations for the state-wide field staff across Iowa’s 99 counties. Her responsibilities included internal data tracking and management, coordinating surrogate engagement, and developing robust pipelines of supporter housing and poll watching volunteers.
Colleen honed her management and technical expertise during her years at Accenture, where she served as a Senior Technology Recruiter. She developed expertise navigating internal and external platforms that were critical to identifying and securing the company’s specified technical talent. As the technology recruiting team grew, Colleen created procedures that enabled recruiters on the nationwide team to transparently track progress against client demand. She also gained extensive event marketing experience at Accenture as she traveled the country hosting high-volume events to attract talent and facilitate the company’s West Coast orientations.
Colleen graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Saint Joseph’s University, as a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honors Society. Raised in Chicago, Colleen is an avid deep-dish pizza fan.
