Before joining Seven Letter, Esther graduated from the University of Notre Dame in May 2025 with a degree in Political Science and Global Affairs.
At Seven Letter, Esther supports federal, state, and local policy analysis for client accounts: monitoring news outlets, drafting research reports, and creating social media content.
Prior to joining Seven Letter, Esther gained broad public affairs experience across three continents, supporting workforce access policy at Enable UK in Scotland, researching corporate social responsibility and human rights risk at the Mekong Club in Hong Kong, and contributing to ESG strategy at The Estée Lauder Companies. Before joining full-time, she completed two semesters of Seven Letter's fellowship program.
Born in Paris and raised across Hong Kong, Paris, and New York, Esther graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Political Science and Global Affairs. She speaks English and French natively and has intermediate proficiency in Chinese. She lives in Washington, D.C.
