Morgan Dye has more than 10 years of experience developing and executing communications campaigns and managing crisis communications for lobbying firms, trade groups, and government agencies.
At Seven Letter, Morgan provides strategic counsel on integrated national and local communication campaigns aimed at advancing meaningful impact for clients hoping to change the conversation within the media and public policy landscape.
Before joining Seven Letter, she oversaw the development and execution of high-impact strategic campaigns that integrated digital marketing, traditional media, graphic design, and stakeholder outreach at Reingold, Inc.— providing direction and coordination to maintain smooth workflow across various clients and industries spanning healthcare, transportation, defense, and commerce.
Prior to Reingold, Morgan served as a spokesperson for Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) and Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), where respectively, she handled press relations during times of intense controversy over safety, service, and funding. She also provided strategic counsel to executive leaders in preparation for media interviews, social media outreach, hearings, and speeches. During her tenure at WMATA, she executed public outreach campaigns to inform the D.C-metropolitan region about landmark infrastructure developments like the launch of the Silver Line and led community outreach engagements, most notably, with local anti-harassment advocacy groups focused on reporting and preventing incidents of sexual assault and harassment on public transit.
A proud graduate of James Madison University, Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in English (minor in Sociology).
She enjoys creative storytelling, both at work, and at home with her wife and boy-girl twins.
