Before becoming a Partner, Scott worked with Seven Letter as a client for eight years while in senior corporate roles — an experience that gives him deep insight into how the firm integrates with in-house teams to deliver value at critical moments.

With a 35-year global career, Scott operates at the intersection of communication, valuation and capital growth. He regularly partners with CEOs, CFOs, boards and leadership teams to craft credible messaging that builds trust and supports long-term value. He has guided companies through transformation — spin-offs, brand repositioning, operational change and leadership succession — always aiming to align organizations from the inside out.

Scott’s expertise includes developing messages that resonate across audiences and markets; building durable stakeholder relationships in complex environments; delivering media training and executive coaching; supporting executive presentations for earnings calls, boardrooms and public forums; and leading crisis and change communication under scrutiny.

Scott was Vice President of Public Affairs at VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC) and Vice President of Corporate Relations at Kontoor Brands (NYSE: KTB), which was created as a spin-off of VF Corporation in 2019. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President and Partner at FleishmanHillard, Vice President of Communications & Investor Relations at Owens Corning (NYSE: OC), and Director of Public Affairs at Consolidated Papers (NYSE: CDP). Following Consolidated Papers’ acquisition by Stora Enso, he joined its global investor relations team with responsibilities across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
