Building on their recent efforts to add state-based daily news tipsheets under the Playbook moniker, POLITICO is headed West. To launch their California Playbook, POLITICO has added California political reporter Carla Marinucci, a 20 year veteran of the San Francisco Chronicle and writer of the Chronicle’s “Spin Cycle” politics blog. Marinucci is widely considered one of the top political reporters in California and she is regularly featured as a political analyst on radio, TV and cable news nationally and up and down the Golden State.
