WASHINGTON, DC – (June 11, 2025) – Seven Letter, an expertise-powered bipartisan strategic communications firm with offices in Washington & Boston, today announced the addition of Sabrina Singh as a Partner to its growing team of communicators.
A veteran strategist with extensive expertise in national security and defense-related issues, Sabrina brings with her 15 years of experience advising national leaders on crisis communications, strategic messaging and policy issues. Sabrina has counseled senior leaders at all levels of government – from the Pentagon to state government to the White House – including Members of the U.S. House and Senate, Governors, the Vice President of the United States and, most recently, the Secretary of Defense.
In Sabrina’s most recent role as deputy press secretary at the Department of Defense, she was one of the primary spokespeople for the Pentagon, regularly briefing reporters from around the world on critical world events from the podium. Sabrina was recently recruited by CNN to serve as a regular commentator on national security issues.

In addition to serving as deputy press secretary at the Department of Defense, Sabrina served as an advisor to Secretary Lloyd Austin and frequently traveled with the Secretary overseas, including to Ukraine, Japan, the Philippines and Israel. She previously served as deputy press secretary for Vice President Kamala Harris and traveled with her throughout the country and on foreign trips. Before joining the Biden-Harris campaign as Harris’ primary spokesperson, Sabrina led the strategic communications strategy during veepstakes, in which Harris was nominated as Joe Biden’s running mate.
Sabrina also serves as a professor at the University of Southern California, where she is an alum.
Sabrina will work out of Seven Letter’s Washington, D.C. office.
