Seven Letter was named to PR Week’s Best Places to Work in 2024. Here is what they had to say:
Collaboration, creativity and collegiality are at the core of Seven Letter. Employees describe the firm as “a diverse set of people from different industries with unique skill sets.” Those professionals work hard to ensure that junior staff receive the help they need to develop strong industry skills.
“I learned more than I thought I would thanks to the people here,” said one intern. “The people make the place.”
Employees were impressed with the new opportunities their firm continues to offer its workforce. A monthly Seven Letter Academy series led by internal or external experts offers training in specific areas. The firm’s dedicated mentorship program pairs new hires with seasoned pros for biweekly meetings.
“I have an amazing mentor who provides support and has helped me to integrate into the organization,” noted one junior staffer. The agency received high marks from its employees for its mentoring programs, team-building exercises and regular team meetings.
Seven Letter’s DE&I Committee has sharpened its focus on how the company can “better understand lived experiences and backgrounds and share perspectives.”
The firm recently expanded its DE&I newsletter, which gives employees opportunities to share their unique personal stories.
Employees also gave a shout out to Office Olympics, a series of competitive activities designed to build trust and teams.
