Annie Phifer is a strategic communications and market research professional with significant experience conducting opinion research and crafting meaningful stories for clients across a variety of sectors, including tech, transportation, healthcare, and non-profit.

Annie helps craft communications and conduct strategic research for clients as part of Seven Letter Insight, the firm’s public opinion and messaging research team.

Annie's work helps clients connect with their target audiences through research-backed storytelling. By leveraging qualitative and quantitative studies, Annie delivers critical insight to organizations so that they can understand their audiences’ perceptions. She also crafts compelling communications strategy to shape those perceptions to build affinity, awareness, or increased advocacy for her clients.


Previously, Annie worked at Quadrant Strategies, where she specialized in conducting and analyzing research to inform brand and communication strategies, marketing campaigns, product development, and public affairs tactics. Prior to her time at Quadrant, she supported federal prosecutors as a Paralegal Specialist at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in their high-profile cases and public corruption unit.


Annie graduated from Dartmouth College with a double major in Government and English and a concentration in creative nonfiction writing. Originally from Florida, Annie now lives in Boston, MA, where she loves to hike and ski.
