Anthony Nerantzis is a public affairs specialist with a proven track record of driving issue advocacy campaign success. He brings both Capitol Hill and global agency experience into helping corporate, association, and coalition clients develop tailored solutions to shape public opinion.

Anthony specializes in public affairs, issues management, and corporate reputation campaign development and execution.

At Seven Letter, Anthony advises clients on a range of public affairs and reputation management issues aimed at shifting public perception and influencing policymakers.


Before joining Seven Letter, Anthony was part of FleishmanHillard’s Washington, D.C.-based corporate reputation practice, where he counseled both Fortune 100 companies and premier trade groups on public affairs and reputational issues.


Prior to FleishmanHillard, Anthony held various roles at The Herald Group, a boutique public affairs firm in D.C. At THG, he helped drive advocacy campaign success for clients in a wide range of industries.


Anthony began his career on Capitol Hill as an aide to the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee. There, he served through countless high-profile investigative inquiries and legislative battles.


He grew up in Leesburg, Virginia, and earned his bachelor’s degree in public policy from James Madison University. Anthony is currently pursuing a master’s in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University and lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Katie.
