Adam is a crisis specialist and part of leadership projects where clients face particularly complex, urgent crises.

Adam has steered his teams and clients toward stability following the COVID-19 pandemic. For a union of airline pilots, Adam established protocols to stay in regular contact with the client and began rapidly developing and deploying new communications products for the union. Adam’s oversight of a major sports league account also involved driving the development of a narrative for the league, its commissioner and team owners. In addition, Adam counseled a health care client to frame its work in terms of patient benefits and to use relatable, accessible language to make their story compelling.

Outside of work, Adam volunteers his time and his communications skills to help his community. Following the recent ambush and killing of a sheriff’s deputy in Santa Cruz, CA, Adam wrote remarks for the sheriff to deliver at the officer’s public memorial address.
