Long-time writer on finance, economics and policy for The Economist Greg Ip is returning to the Wall Street Journal to serve as chief economics commentator.  He will write a weekly column on economic trends and policies and will contribute to the Journal’s expanded coverage of economic themes on digital platforms covering topics in the U.S. and globally.
