Five New Hires Enhance Design, Targeted Advertising and Mixed Methodology Research Capabilities

WASHINGTON, DC – (July 16, 2025) – Seven Letter, an expertise-powered bipartisan strategic communications firm with offices in Washington and Boston, today announced the addition of five new hires to support its growing advertising and public opinion research offerings.

With 40% growth projected year over year, Seven Letter Labs, the technology-enabled advertising and creative services arm of Seven Letter, has brought on three new team members to support growing demand. Ashley Smith has joined as Senior Director of Paid Media. With over 15 years of experience leading Paid Media strategy and execution, Ashley has an expertise in managing national and local advertising campaigns, leveraging a mix of print, OOH, television, radio, programmatic digital, search and social. She previously oversaw the strategy development and day to day management of lead generation, sales and awareness campaigns for a broad variety of clients within the finance, government, health, CPG, e-commerce and non-profit industries.

Also joining the Seven Letter Labs team are creative specialist Toni McCullough and paid media specialist Shammah Moise, both of whom recently completed the Seven Letter Fellowship Program and have added tremendous value to clients utilizing Seven Letter advertising and creative development services.

Joining our team of in-house public opinion and messaging research experts at Seven Letter Insight is Madi Mannes, a seasoned market researcher and storyteller, skilled at uncovering not only what appeals to key audiences but also why it resonates. Her expertise spans both enterprise and consumer sectors, partnering with clients across diverse industries such as technology, ad tech, data management and financial services.

“Madi is a great addition to the Insight Team,” said Matt George, Head of Research. “With a strong background in mixed methodology research, she takes a detailed and analytical approach to our public opinion and messaging work. We’re so lucky to have her on the team!”

Previously, Madi worked at a leading market research firm, where she specialized in multi-methodology research to help Fortune 500 companies tackle their critical branding, messaging, go-to-market, and product innovation challenges. Before her tenure there, Madi was involved in opposition research, conducting strategic due diligence and vetting individuals for high-profile positions.

Joining to support the operations of both teams, and Seven Letter more broadly, is Lauren Rinderle as Manager of Administration. Prior to joining Seven Letter, Lauren served as Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator at IESC and as Department Administrator at George Washington University.

Ashley Smith, Toni McCullough, Madi Mannes and Lauren Rinderle will work out of Seven Letter’s Washington, D.C. office.

Shammah Moise will work out of Seven Letter’s Boston office.
